Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer / Combatant Stenographer), Head Constable (Ministerial / Combatant Ministerial) – Central Armed Police Force (CAPFS) and Warrant Officer (Personnel Assistant) and Havildar (Clerk) in Assam, Border Security Force working under Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India Exam notification 2024 has been released to fill up the posts of Rifles. The BSF has the option of increasing or reducing the number of posts released to the Border Security Force.
Pay Scale Details
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pay Level-5) : Rs.29,200- 92,300.
Head Constable (Pay Level 4) : Rs.25,500- 81,100.
Qualifications
Minimum second PUC pass to apply.
Maximum age for applying should not exceed 35 years.
Age eligibility will be considered as on 01-01-2025.
Stenographer section posts should have stenography skill.
Procedure for submission of application
Eligible and interested candidates can download the notification available on the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs, fill the information asked in the application form, attach the date of birth record, educational qualification documents and submit the application to CAPFS and Directorate General of Assam Rifles within the specified last date.
Selection Method
Stage-1 : Verification of application, service records.
Stage – 2: Written Test (CBT Mode)
Stage – 3: Physical Fitness Test (PET), Skill Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.
Written Exam Pattern
01-40 hours time exam will be conducted for 100 marks.
There will be 20 questions / 20 marks on Hindi/English language.
There will be 20 questions / 20 marks on General Intelligence.
There will be 20 questions / 20 marks on Numerical Aptitude.
There will be 20 questions / 20 marks on Clerical Aptitude.
There will be 20 questions / 20 marks on Computer Knowledge.
